The Disruptor  Mastermind

As a self sufficient, smart woman, I have struggled with this too. And before I invested in my current mastermind, I had to stop asking myself what I need and ask instead, "What do I desire?"

I desired having someone (outside of my spouse) that I could bounce ideas off of and share my big vision.

I desired forming deeper relationships with other women who match my caliber, drive and delulu.

I desired being in the room with other women who are making moves, stretching me to keep moving forward.

If you are anything like me, you probably don't need a mentor or another mastermind.

But do you desire it?

Being a Disruptor isn’t about being loud. It’s about being fully you — without contorting yourself to fit in a mould that wasn't meant for you.

If you’ve ever felt too much, too different, or too deep… you’re already a disruptor.

As an introvert and Projector, my energy is strong and piercing, but is also inconsistent and fleeting.

And building a business that disrupts the industry beliefs about hard work and consistency by honoring that, I am showing other women what is possible when they do too.

Your message doesn't have to be polarizing to be compelling.

You don't have to be controversial to be heard.

Your magnetism isn't in your big voice, but in your clear vision, and powerful presence.

Disruptors are not just heard, they are felt.

Good news is, we aren't disrupting things that work for you just for the sake of disruption.

In our first call together, we will do an energy audit, and identify the leaks in your current systems that are costing you clients (and peace of mind).

Then we will make a plan for strategic evolution, not full scale devastation.

6 months from now, your business could look quite different, or it could like mostly the same but FEEL and RUN quite different.

Everything we will do together, from offer, messaging, sales systems and more, will come from a place of making things more aligned, and more profitable.

I get that, on a visceral level. I have paid too many mentors for the privilege of supporting their clients for free.

My promise to you is that I will hold the space and lead the group to the best of my ability (which is pretty great, I am not new either).

But I also know (because this is me too) that supporting others is a really creative way to avoid being fully vulnerable and open to being supported myself.

And because I know this, any time I sense this pattern, I will reach out and see what we can shift.

But this program is a hybrid mentorship/ mastermind so we will work closely together 1:1 before that ever happens.

And of course, if you have something to add or a fresh perspective, I would invite you to share it! I don't know everything (and will never pretend to) so your genius is truly welcome here! 

I will never force anyone into something that doesn't feel like the right fit, either because of timing or container or even just the vibes.

But that being said, if you are feeling the pull, and think this could be your next step, but you have some old thought patterns coming up causing you to overthink and second guess, I would invite you to pause and reflect on what is drawing you to this program.

I believe we were connected for a reason by forces way bigger than us (God/ Universe/ Whatever you want to call it) who see your highest potential, and where you are meant to go.

I also trust in divine timing. When its the right time, it will be right.
